Your child’s safety is our top priority.
All soft play equipment, ball pit balls, mats, fences, toys, and bounce houses are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every event using child-safe, non-toxic cleaning products.
To maintain the highest standards, we do not allow same-day rentals on our equipment. This gives us plenty of time to inspect, clean, and sanitize everything between events.
We make it easy and stress-free!
✔ We arrive approximately 1 hour before your event to set up.
✔ Your rental includes up to 4 hours of play time.
✔ We return after your rental period to safely break everything down.
Before we arrive, please make sure:
• The setup area is clear and ready.
• Outdoor areas are free of rocks, sticks, mud, and debris.
• Grass is freshly cut if applicable.
• Ball pit balls are returned to the ball pit before pickup.
For the safety of all little explorers, we kindly ask:
✔ Shoes must be removed before entering the play area.
✔ Children must be 5 years old or younger.
✔ Adult supervision is required at all times.
🚫 No food or drinks inside the play area.
🚫 No face paint, glitter, slime, confetti, silly string, or sharp objects.
🚫 We do not set up at events with water activities or face painting, as these can damage our equipment.
We can set up both indoors and outdoors.
We require:
✔ A flat, level surface.
✔ Easy access to the setup area.
We cannot set up on:
🚫 Dirt
🚫 Mud
🚫 Loose gravel
🚫 Mulch
For outdoor bounce houses, staking or anchoring is required for safety. Indoor setups do not require stakes but may experience slight movement on smooth flooring surfaces.

Toot Toot Kids is fully licensed and insured in the state of Louisiana.
We understand how precious your little ones are, which is why we take every step possible to provide a safe and professional experience.
Need proof of insurance for a school, park, church, or event venue?
Absolutely! We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
Safety always comes first.
For bounce house rentals:
💨 Bounce houses will not be set up if sustained winds reach 15 mph or higher.
☔ If rain is expected on the day of your event, we’ll do our best to work with you on alternate arrangements, including indoor setups when possible.
If your event must be canceled due to weather and no backup location is available:
✔ Your deposit will remain on file.
✔ You may reschedule your event anytime within one year of your original event date.
